Review board may help you

PEOPLE who had their application to emigrate to New Zealand refused can appeal to the country's residence Review Board, if they feel they have sufficient grounds.
The Residence Review Board has been established to consider and decide appeals by unsuccessful applicants for New Zealand residence visas or residence permits.
Before making a decision the board considers:
* the decision by the New Zealand Immigration Service visa or immigration officer to refuse the residence application;
* all information and submissions included by the appellant with the appeal; and
* further information and submissions provided by the appellant if permitted under section 18F of the Immigration Act.
The Residence Appeal Authority has the following aims:
* to ensure the Residence Appeal Authority makes its decisions promptly, correctly, consistently, clearly and confidentially;
* to be an appeal body that at all times exercises its decision-making functions independently from the New Zealand Immigration Service;
* to be responsive and sensitive to the issues and values of those with whom the Residence Appeal Authority deals;
* to support the ongoing quality improvement of the New Zealand immigration determination process;
* to educate and inform individuals and organisations involved in the New Zealand immigration determination process.
If you wish to contact the Residence Review board, it is located on the 6th Floor, Sun Microsystems House, 70 The Terrace, Wellington. The postal address of the Residence Appeal Authority is: PO Box 1809, Wellington, New Zealand. Telephone: 00 64 4915 4274 (calling from overseas) 04 915 4274 (calling within New Zealand).
